Korg microKORG 2 Presets: “Spectrum” Sound Pack
“Spectrum” is a sound pack for Korg’s portable VA synthesizer. Spectrum includes 64 new microKORG 2 presets with a strong focus on contemporary electronic music styles such as Ambient, Electronica, Dub, and Melodic Techno.
The extensive selection of lead and bass sounds ranges from typical melodic techno tones in the Afterlife style, tape-like bass and lead sounds, to more aggressive tones that one might not immediately associate with the microKORG 2. Driving arpeggiator sounds assist in creating melodic phrases.
Fans of Dub Techno will appreciate the eight dub chords, which authentically capture the signature sound on this synthesizer. Three vocoder presets and two effects sounds round out this microKORG 2 preset collection.
Modwheel and Velocity Assignments
The presets were designed with live performers in mind. Instead of defaulting to generic modwheel vibrato, the assignments have been optimized for each individual preset.

Easy Installation
To transfer these presets to your Korg microKORG 2 you will need a computer and a USB connection. The presets will replace the user bank.
